Since it's inception LBK Designs has designed mostly single family homes, but have worked on just about everything, except high rise buildings.
Our residential projects range from starter homes under 1,000 sq. ft., to tract homes and larger homes up to 16,000 sq. ft., including beachfront mansions on Jupiter Island, Florida - one of the most expensive and prestigious places to live in the USA.
Commercial and church projects have ranged in size from as small as a single flag pole up to a 67,500 sq. ft. Office/Warehouse building, and have included projects of many variations: horse track barns; office buildings; shopping centers; medical offices; restaurants; and much more!
Although most of our projects have been built on the southeast coast of Florida, we've completed projects as far away as Miami Mountain in Cincinnati, Ohio; Beach Mountain, North Carolina; and recently designed homes and warehouses on several of the Caribbean Islands. (St. Maarten, St. Thomas, and Saba); and even designed a Prefab Concrete Bungalow for the beaches of Tahiti.
